Pasupati Spinning & Weaving Mills reported unaudited Q2 FY26 revenue from operations of Rs. 24.69 crore, up modestly from Rs. 24.28 crore in Q2 FY25. For the half year (H1 FY26), revenue declined about 4% YoY to Rs. 45.48 crore from Rs. 47.34 crore. Profit after tax turned around to Rs. 18 lakh in H1 FY26 from a loss of Rs. 10 lakh in H1 FY25, while Q2 PAT more than doubled to Rs. 17 lakh from Rs. 8 lakh. EPS for the half year stood at Rs. 0.18 vs Rs. (0.11) earlier. Operating cash flow was healthy at Rs. 1.60 crore for H1 (vs Rs. 1.47 crore). Auditor B.K. Shroff & Co issued an unmodified review report with an emphasis-of-matter note on additional compensation claimed for factory land acquired earlier.
Marginal revenue softness in H1 but a clear return to profitability and doubled quarterly PAT are modestly positive for shareholders. Total borrowings of ~Rs. 52.8 crore against equity of ~Rs. 31.7 crore keep leverage high, which investors should watch.
