Patel Retail's board approved Q1 FY27 unaudited results. Revenue from operations rose nearly 70 percent year on year to Rs 30,953.51 lakhs, up from Rs 18,245.42 lakhs. Net profit grew around 37 percent to Rs 951.60 lakhs, with EPS at Rs 2.85 versus Rs 2.78. The company switched its depreciation method from written down value to straight line, which lifted profit before tax by about Rs 171 lakhs this quarter. Board also approved the 19th AGM notice for September 23 with book closure from September 16.
Strong topline growth signals healthy store expansion; depreciation change makes Q1 profit slightly flattering. Watch AGM on Sept 23.
