Sat Paul Bansal, a promoter of Paul Merchants Ltd, acquired 4,80,540 equity shares representing 15.58% of the total voting capital from his immediate relative Sarita Rani Bansal through an off-market inter-se transfer by way of gift on 15 September 2025.
