Q3 FY26 revenue from operations was nearly flat at Rs 4880 lakhs YoY, but profit after tax fell about 60 percent to Rs 617 lakhs as expenses rose. A Rs 101 lakh extra provision for new Labour Codes hit Q3. For nine months, revenue grew 3 percent to Rs 16346 lakhs while PAT dropped 33 percent. The company completed a 3:1 bonus issue and share subdivision in October 2025 and began trading on NSE from 1 December 2025.
Sharp profit decline despite stable revenue shows margin pressure. New NSE listing may improve liquidity; recent 3:1 bonus increased share count.
