Pavna Industries reported Q1 FY27 results. Standalone revenue from operations grew 51 percent to Rs 8,754.30 lakhs from Rs 5,810.33 lakhs a year ago. Consolidated revenue rose 52 percent to Rs 9,187.69 lakhs. The company swung to a standalone profit after tax of Rs 88.74 lakhs versus a loss of Rs 118.42 lakhs in Q1 FY26. Consolidated profit after tax was Rs 87.76 lakhs versus a loss of Rs 171.56 lakhs. Promoter warrants lapsed on July 28, 2026, with the 25 percent upfront amount of Rs 30.30 crore forfeited.
Strong revenue growth and a turnaround to profit are positives, but the lapse of promoter warrants signals weaker promoter commitment.
