PC Jeweller delivered strong Q4FY26 performance with standalone revenue of Rs 927 Crores (up 33% YoY) and PBT of Rs 151 Crores (up 59% YoY). Full year FY26 revenue reached Rs 3,351 Crores, growing 49% YoY, while PBT stood at Rs 708 Crores (up 58% YoY). The company earned PAT of Rs 710 Crores in FY26, up from Rs 575 Crores in FY25, with operating PAT rising 80% to Rs 705 Crores. EBITDA for FY26 was Rs 861 Crores, a 67% increase. The company has reduced its outstanding debt by over 90% since the September 2024 settlement agreement and is targeting debt-free status soon. A preferential issue of Rs 2,702.11 Crores in convertible warrants was successfully completed in April 2026. New initiatives include a step-down subsidiary PCJ Mining SARL in Chad granted a gold mining license, MoU with NSDC to onboard 200,000 micro-entrepreneurs over 5 years, and MoU with Uttar Pradesh government for 1,000 franchise units under CM-YUVA. The company plans to open up to 100 large franchise showrooms in the next 12-18 months.
