On the reaction day the stock moved 3.9 pts less than Nifty Smallcap 250 and 3.5 pts less than its Chemicals & Petrochemicals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Unaudited standalone September-quarter revenue fell to Rs 1,478.01 crore from Rs 1,536.09 crore, and profit after tax fell to Rs 59.63 crore from Rs 129.04 crore. Consolidated revenue was flat at Rs 2,163.57 crore, while profit after tax fell to Rs 61.70 crore from Rs 123.45 crore. March 2025 full-year results included a Rs 554.72 crore goodwill impairment, offset by a Rs 554.20 crore tax reversal. Dividend declared: Rs 6 per share; record date October 27.
The profit drop and weaker margins may weigh on the stock, while the 600% interim dividend may support shareholder returns.
