Peninsula Land reported weak Q3 FY26 results with standalone revenue from operations falling sharply to Rs. 2691 lakhs from Rs. 9665 lakhs a year ago. Standalone loss after tax was Rs. 1112 lakhs versus Rs. 681 lakhs. Nine-months PAT was Rs. 3510 lakhs loss versus Rs. 3 lakhs loss. The auditor issued a qualified opinion over uncertainty around Rs. 9615 lakhs exposure to joint venture HIPDPL which is under NCLT insolvency proceedings. Weak results, widening losses and ongoing NCLT overhang on JV exposure remain concerns for shareholders.
