Peninsula Land Q1 FY27 (Jun-26) standalone revenue from operations fell about 38 percent YoY to Rs 22.7 cr, total income down about 41 percent to Rs 25.4 cr. Standalone net loss widened to Rs 6.05 cr from Rs 5.81 cr. Exceptional item reversal of Rs 1.95 cr (loan impairment reversal) gave some support. Consolidated net loss was Rs 7.72 cr vs Rs 5.03 cr YoY. FY26 full year saw a massive Rs 155.5 cr standalone loss driven by Rs 140 cr exceptional impairments. Other equity is negative at about Rs (22) cr, indicating a stressed balance sheet. Auditor review report is clean and unqualified.
Weak quarterly sales, persistent losses, and negative net worth signal continued financial stress for shareholders, though impairment reversals offer temporary support.
