The company received Rs 902.26 crore in orders across PEB, MRO, ICD, Tubes, and Steel verticals. The auditors gave an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The company made a strategic investment in ZAP91 Solar India Private Limited and completed the sale of its subsidiary Enertech Pennar Defence and Engineering Systems for Rs 120 lakhs.
The company demonstrated solid double-digit growth in both revenue and profitability with strong order inflows, suggesting continued business momentum. The unmodified audit opinion with no going concern issues is positive for investor confidence. However, the significant increase in borrowings warrants monitoring.
