Q4 revenue stood at INR 933.7 crores with PAT of INR 41.04 crores (14.89% growth). PAT margin improved from 3.7% in FY25 to 3.83% in FY26, with management confident of continued margin expansion as revenue mix shifts toward higher-margin businesses like PEB U.S. and Engineering Services. Order backlogs are strong at INR 810 crores for PEB India, $63 million for PEB U.S., and INR 145 crores for Boiler. Labor issues in PEB India have been resolved with capacity utilization now at 70%. Management committed to 20% PAT growth for FY27 and targets reducing debt-equity from 0.98x to 0.8x and working capital from 82 to 75 days.
Strong full-year results with improving margins and expanded order backlogs position the company well for FY27 growth. Management's clear commitment to 20% PAT growth and margin improvement trajectory is positive for shareholders.
