On the reaction day the stock moved 3.2 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.8 pts less than its Other Electrical Equipment peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Standalone revenue rose about 19 percent YoY to Rs 63.23 cr from Rs 53.16 cr, but PAT fell 14 percent to Rs 6.25 cr from Rs 7.28 cr. EPS at Rs 7.27 versus Rs 8.47. Consolidated PAT dropped sharply about 38 percent to Rs 3.80 cr from Rs 6.17 cr due to higher finance costs and depreciation. Auditor flagged the pending Bombay High Court winding up matter (Note 5) but report is unmodified.
Mixed quarter: topline growth but profit under pressure. Old winding-up case remains a key overhang despite interim stay.
