For 9M FY26, revenue grew about 23 percent to Rs 106,925 million and PAT rose about 33 percent to Rs 13,358 million. The Board declared an interim dividend of INR 22 per share and approved issuance of 1.1 million shares to the ESOP Trust. Results include an exceptional charge of Rs 890 million for new Labour Codes.
Strong revenue growth and higher interim dividend signal confidence, though the Rs 890 million Labour Code charge weighed on Q3 profit.
