Petronet LNG reported Q2 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 11,009 cr, down from Rs 13,022 cr YoY, with PAT at Rs 806 cr versus Rs 848 cr. H1 FY26 PAT fell to Rs 1,656 cr from Rs 1,989 cr a year ago. Board declared an interim dividend of Rs 7 per share for FY26. Auditor flagged recoverability of Rs 1,393 cr in Use or Pay dues as an emphasis of matter, with Rs 736 cr already provisioned.
Profit and revenue declined YoY on lower capacity use and UoP dues drag, but Rs 7 interim dividend offers near-term support to shareholders.
