Standalone, Pfizer's revenue for the quarter ended Sep 30, 2026 was Rs 726.86 crore, up 13.2% from Rs 642.34 crore a year ago; net profit was Rs 313.25 crore, up 65.7% from Rs 189.02 crore. A one-off Rs 132.06 crore gain from group company Pfizer Inc USA after Minipress XL was discontinued drove much of the profit rise. Half-year revenue was Rs 1,380.03 crore, net profit Rs 517.72 crore and operating cash flow Rs 358.99 crore.
Revenue growth and positive cash flow help, but much of the 65.7% profit jump was one-off, which may temper the positive market reaction.
