PG Electroplast Q1 FY27 standalone revenue rose 28.9% YoY to Rs 431.29 cr but PAT fell 42.8% to Rs 18.21 cr. EPS stood at Rs 0.64 vs Rs 1.12. Consolidated revenue jumped 35.3% to Rs 2,033.96 cr with PAT up 13.8% to Rs 76.22 cr. Board approved sale of Greater Noida Unit 5 to wholly owned subsidiary PGTL for Rs 14.49 cr and new plants at Salarpur (Rs 250 cr) and DMIC (Rs 450 cr). Clean auditor review by S S Kothari Mehta.
Strong top-line growth at both levels but sharp standalone margin compression. Major capex plans signal growth push; near-term margins remain a watch point.
