PG Electroplast Q2 FY26 standalone PAT jumped nearly 98% YoY to Rs 38.7 crores on revenue of Rs 376.3 crores (down 1.8%). H1 FY26 standalone PAT rose 86% to Rs 70.5 crores though revenue declined 8% to Rs 710.9 crores. Growth fueled by other income up 257%, mainly interest on QIB-raised funds. Consolidated Q2 PAT fell 86% to Rs 2.8 crores as subsidiaries posted losses of Rs 36.6 crores. Operating cash flow turned negative at Rs 8.2 crores standalone and Rs 152.9 crores consolidated.
Headline PAT growth looks strong but is driven by interest income, not core operations. Subsidiary losses and negative operating cash flow are red flags.
