PG Electroplast posted Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 367.5 cr, up 1.5% YoY. PAT rose 31.7% to Rs 31.5 cr versus Rs 23.9 cr last year. Nine-month revenue dipped 5.1% to Rs 1,078 cr, but PAT jumped nearly 65% to Rs 102 cr, reflecting margin gains. Board reappointed two independent directors and approved revised insider trading policies. Limited review by S S Kothari Mehta was clean with no qualifications.
Strong Q3 profit growth signals margin expansion. However, nine-month revenue decline is a watchpoint. Overall results are positive for shareholders.
