PG Electroplast reported Q2 FY27 sales of INR 933.88 crore, up 42.5%, EBITDA of INR 69.14 crore, up 54.8%, and net income of INR 13.67 crore, up 395.2%. H1 revenue reached INR 2,967.83 crore and EBITDA margin rose to 8.5%. Q2 gross contribution margin fell to 17.8% due to commodity costs, which were passed through. Orders are healthy, and management expects gradual margin improvement as new capacity starts in Q3 and Q4 FY27.
Strong growth and new capacity support the outlook, but commodity costs, higher borrowings and weaker capital returns could cap stock gains.
