PH Capital Ltd's Board approved unaudited financial results for Q3 FY26 (quarter ended December 31, 2025). Total income fell sharply to ₹218.98 lakhs from ₹7,462.32 lakhs in the same quarter last year, a drop of roughly 97%. The company swung to a net loss of ₹126.49 lakhs in Q3 FY26, compared to a net profit of ₹206.82 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For the nine months ended December 2025, total income declined to ₹9,138.87 lakhs (from ₹15,204.43 lakhs) and net profit fell to ₹483.69 lakhs (from ₹1,455.81 lakhs). Basic/diluted EPS for the quarter was negative ₹4.22 versus positive ₹6.89 a year ago. The statutory auditor, S.P. Jain & Associates, issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications.
This is a clearly negative print for shareholders — a near-total collapse in quarterly revenue, a return to losses after a profitable year-ago quarter, and a steep fall in nine-month profits. The stock is likely to react negatively given the dramatic quarter-on-quarter deterioration in both top line and bottom line.
