Phaarmasia Ltd reported a sharp turnaround in Q2 FY26 with revenue from operations jumping to Rs. 1,655.09 lakhs, up roughly 179% from Rs. 592.53 lakhs in Q2 FY25. For the half year ended September 2025, revenue grew about 65% YoY to Rs. 2,342.45 lakhs, and the company swung from a loss of Rs. 36.51 lakhs in H1 FY25 to a profit of Rs. 200.60 lakhs in H1 FY26. Total assets more than doubled to Rs. 4,426.20 lakhs from Rs. 2,156.02 lakhs as of March 2025, driven mainly by higher inventories, trade receivables, and trade payables. Operating cash flow for H1 FY26 turned positive at Rs. 15.12 lakhs, and the company carries zero financial indebtedness. Statutory auditor Sathuluri & Co issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications.
Strong revenue surge and a swing from loss to profit, backed by zero debt, is a clear positive for shareholders and could lift sentiment on the stock. Investors should, however, watch the steep rise in trade receivables and payables to ensure the working-capital build-up is sustainable and not straining liquidity.
