Pharmaids Pharmaceuticals has informed BSE that 12 existing members of the promoter and promoter group, collectively holding about 5.10% of the company, will be reclassified as public shareholders. This reclassification follows the completion of an open offer on September 23, 2025, by Dr. Shankarappa Nagaraja Vinaya Babu (Acquirer) along with Tumkur Trade Center Private Limited (PAC). The Acquirer and PAC will now be classified as the new promoters of the company. The company has confirmed it meets minimum public shareholding norms, its shares are not suspended, and it has no outstanding dues to SEBI or stock exchanges.
