Phoenix International Limited reported its audited financial results for FY25 with statutory auditor P M P K & Co. issuing an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. Standalone total income fell to Rs 2,468.18 lacs from Rs 2,777.38 lacs in FY24, a decline of roughly 11%, while consolidated total income dropped to Rs 2,467.29 lacs from Rs 2,778.78 lacs. Standalone net profit slipped marginally to Rs 170.20 lacs from Rs 178.26 lacs and consolidated PAT fell more sharply to Rs 157.33 lacs from Rs 238.38 lacs. Standalone EPS dropped to Rs 0.58 from Rs 1.45, while the company reduced long-term borrowings from Rs 6,344 lacs to Rs 5,089 lacs on a standalone basis. The board also re-appointed M/s Anant & Co as internal auditor and appointed M/s Indu Sisodia & Associates as secretarial auditor.
Revenue and consolidated profits declined year-on-year, which may weigh on near-term sentiment, though the deleveraging and clean audit opinion provide some comfort for shareholders.
