PI Industries posted a weak Q2 FY26. Standalone revenue fell about 18 percent to Rs 17,526 Mn from Rs 21,312 Mn a year ago, with PAT down about 12 percent to Rs 4,911 Mn. Consolidated revenue declined about 16 percent to Rs 18,723 Mn and PAT fell about 19 percent to Rs 4,093 Mn. The Agrochemicals segment remained the main earner while the Pharma segment continued to report losses of Rs 819 Mn in the quarter. Limited review by Price Waterhouse was clean with no qualifications.
Soft quarter with revenue and profit declines and persistent Pharma losses may weigh on the stock near term.
