Crisil assigned PAIL a Long Term rating of Crisil A+/Stable and Short Term rating of Crisil A1 on bank facilities of Rs 400 crore, upgraded from IVR A/STABLE and IVR A1 given earlier by Infomerics. PAIL reported FY26 revenue of Rs 1,038 crore and PAT of Rs 138 crore. Operating margin rose from 10% in FY20 to 22.5% in FY26. Gearing at 0.6x, expected to improve. Outlook Stable.
Rating upgrade signals strong alco-beverage growth, improving margins, and healthy financial profile. Positive for credit quality and borrowing costs.
