On September 23, 2025, the District Court of Karnal granted an interim injunction under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of CPC, restraining Radico and its affiliates from manufacturing, selling, advertising, or promoting the 'KASHMYR' brand. The company stated there will be no financial implications from the litigation. The matter remains sub judice and the company will provide further updates on material developments.
