On the reaction day the stock moved 6.8 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 5.7 pts less than its Breweries & Distilleries peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
For the quarter ended September 30, 2025, consolidated total income rose 16.2% to Rs 234.30 crore from Rs 201.61 crore. Net profit rose 6.5% to Rs 26.09 crore. In the first half, total income rose 13.0% to Rs 463.98 crore and net profit rose 33.4% to Rs 44.56 crore. Operations used Rs 0.07 crore of cash. A small exceptional gain of Rs 4.40 lakh was reported, and the limited review raised no concerns.
Higher H1 profit is positive, but modest Q2 profit growth and a small cash outflow from operations limit the near-term benefit to shareholders.
