Pidilite posted Q3 FY26 results. Standalone revenue rose about 11 percent year on year to Rs 3,436 crores, with profit after tax at Rs 601 crores up nearly 13 percent. Consolidated revenue grew around 10 percent to Rs 3,710 crores; consolidated profit after tax up 12 percent to Rs 624 crores. For nine months FY26, consolidated revenue touched Rs 11,017 crores and profit Rs 1,887 crores. Consumer and Bazaar segment led growth. Exceptional items of Rs 7.55 crores relate to impairment of a loan to an associate. Auditor BSR and Co gave an unmodified limited review opinion. Bonus shares were allotted 1:1 in September 2025.
Healthy double-digit growth, broad-based across segments. Minor exceptional charge from loan impairment is not material. Clean auditor review supports earnings quality.
