Pine Labs reported September-quarter consolidated revenue of Rs 806.19 crore, up 24% year on year, and profit after tax of Rs 38.57 crore versus Rs 5.97 crore. H1 revenue was Rs 1,543.11 crore and operating cash flow Rs 191.34 crore. Adjusted profit before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation rose 27% to about Rs 155 crore, with margin edging up to 19.2%. The auditor reported no material concern. Shopflo was acquired for Rs 88 crore.
Strong revenue, profit and cash flow growth may support the share price, while Shopflo integration and investment spending remain execution risks.
