Piotex Industries reported its H1 FY26 results on November 11, 2025. Revenue from operations stood at ₹6,669.42 lakhs, only marginally higher than ₹6,574.76 lakhs in the same period last year (about 1.4% YoY growth). Total income was ₹6,680.04 lakhs. However, Profit Before Tax collapsed from ₹217.87 lakhs in H1 FY25 to just ₹10.45 lakhs in H1 FY26, and Net Profit after tax fell sharply from ₹163.04 lakhs to ₹7.82 lakhs — a drop of roughly 95% year-on-year. Operating cash flow for the half year was positive at ₹72.05 lakhs, and total assets rose to ₹3,434.11 lakhs from ₹3,208.31 lakhs. The statutory auditor (SVJK and Associates) issued a clean, unqualified limited review report. The board also appointed Mr. Krushnarao Sahebrao Makode as the new Internal Auditor for FY26.
Despite broadly stable revenue, profits were nearly wiped out, indicating severe margin compression and likely cost or pricing pressure. This sharp earnings deterioration is negative for shareholders and may weigh on the stock price in the near term.
