The Board approved the unaudited results for the quarter and half-year ended 30 September 2026. It declared an interim dividend of ₹2 per share, or 40% of face value, with a 2 November 2026 record date and payment by 21 November. It also approved ₹450 crore of phased capacity expansion through FY 2030-31 and granted 577,500 employee options at ₹736.72.
The dividend gives a modest cash return; expansion may support growth, while debt-funded investment and employee options may add financing and dilution risk.
