Pitti Engineering reported strong full-year FY25 results, with consolidated revenue rising ~37% YoY to ₹1,70,456.71 lakhs and consolidated profit after tax growing ~36% to ₹12,228.63 lakhs. On a standalone basis, revenue grew ~22.5% to ₹1,52,454.81 lakhs and PAT rose ~19% to ₹10,683.47 lakhs, with EPS at ₹29.11 vs ₹26.20 last year. However, Q4 standalone PAT fell sharply to ₹2,997.75 lakhs (from ₹4,600.41 lakhs in Q4 FY24) despite higher revenue, indicating margin pressure in the quarter. The board recommended a final dividend of ₹1.50 (30%) per share. Prior period figures have been restated to reflect the NCLT-approved amalgamation with Pitti Castings and Pitti Rail, effective April 1, 2023, and the auditor (Talati & Talati LLP) included an Emphasis of Matter on this restatement while giving an unqualified opinion.
Solid full-year growth and a continued dividend are positives for shareholders, but the sharp Q4 standalone PAT decline on rising revenue may raise concerns about near-term margin trends. The restated numbers and successful merger integration are structurally positive for the combined entity going forward.
