Pitti Engineering reported audited consolidated results for Q4 and full year FY26. Total income grew 7% YoY to Rs. 506 Cr in Q4 and 12% YoY to Rs. 1,953 Cr for FY26. Adjusted EBITDA increased 4% to Rs. 84 Cr in Q4 (16.8% margin) and 20% to Rs. 326 Cr for FY26 (17.0% margin). Adjusted PAT grew 4% to Rs. 29 Cr in Q4 and 4% to Rs. 128 Cr for FY26 with 6.7% PAT margin. Sales volumes increased 10.4% for laminations and 11.8% for machined components year-on-year. The company announced Rs. 150 crore ongoing capex on track for H1FY27 and a new Rs. 290 crore greenfield casting facility targeted for Q1FY30, which will nearly double casting capacity to 36,000 MT.
Strong operational performance with margin expansion driven by higher-value product mix and robust demand from railways, power, and industrial sectors. Significant capex commitments signal confidence in growth but will require careful capital deployment monitoring.
