Pitti Engineering reported Q2 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 396.22 crore (up 4.4% YoY) and PAT of Rs 35.58 crore (up 4.5%). On a consolidated basis, H1 FY26 revenue grew 13.8% to Rs 934.29 crore and PAT rose 9.8% to Rs 62.98 crore, helped by subsidiaries. Board approved the unaudited results and appointed MUFG Intime India as the new Registrar and Transfer Agent, replacing XL Softech Systems; transition is in progress. Auditor Talati and Talati LLP issued an unqualified limited review report. No exceptional items were recorded.
Steady standalone performance with stronger consolidated growth from subsidiaries. RTA change is administrative and unlikely to affect operations or share price.
