Q2 income rose 16.3% to INR581 crore; H1 income rose 15% to INR1,110 crore. Adjusted EBITDA grew 13% to INR91 crore, but margin fell to 15.8% on currency and cost pressure; profit after tax was INR36 crore versus INR43 crore. Management announced a phased INR450 crore Bangalore expansion through FY31, backed by strong order visibility, and indicated INR3,800 crore of revenue potential at full capacity. Margin gains are expected from Q4.
Order visibility and FY31 capacity plans support long-term growth, but cost inflation and major capital needs may pressure margins and cash flow.
