On the reaction day the stock moved 2.5 pts less than its Specialty Chemicals peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
On a consolidated basis for the quarter ended 30 September 2026, revenue rose 23.3 percent to Rs 1,212.66 million from Rs 983.78 million a year earlier, but profit after tax fell 30.8 percent to Rs 75.98 million from Rs 109.83 million. EBITDA margin narrowed from about 13.8 percent to 8.9 percent. The auditor qualified the review over a Rs 98.19 million fire insurance claim. Half-year consolidated PAT was Rs 187.27 million.
Revenue grew strongly, but lower margins, a 31 percent PAT fall and a qualified audit opinion may weigh on the stock.
