GB Global Ltd reported weak Q2 FY26 results with standalone revenue from operations of ₹2,336.16 lacs, down sharply from ₹3,505.55 lacs in Q2 FY25 — a ~33% YoY decline. H1 FY26 revenue fell ~41% YoY to ₹3,666.81 lacs. Standalone Q2 PAT collapsed to just ₹26.66 lacs (vs ₹301.83 lacs in Q2 FY25), while consolidated Q2 slipped into a marginal loss of ₹0.45 lacs. EBITDA margins also compressed significantly compared to the prior year. Operating cash flow remained deeply negative at -₹6,413.67 lacs (consolidated) and -₹8,169.80 lacs (standalone) for H1 FY26. The board also approved related party transactions for the period and appointed Mr. Dinesh Tarfe as Additional Director. The company continues to operate on a going concern basis per management.
Sharp revenue and profit decline with negative operating cash flow signals serious business weakness that could pressure the stock once trading resumes (listing is currently suspended). Shareholders should watch for signs of recovery in the garment/textile segments and clarity on the re-listing timeline before taking fresh exposure.
