The board approved standalone audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025. Statutory auditors K T P S & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. However, the company has zero revenue from operations for FY25, with total income of ₹52.59 lakhs coming entirely from a one-time profit of ₹50.82 lakhs on sale of property, plant and equipment. The company reported a net loss of ₹18.05 lakhs in FY25, widening from ₹10.16 lakhs loss in FY24. Total assets collapsed from ₹15.08 lakhs to ₹3.12 lakhs, and other equity (reserves) stands deeply negative at ₹(686.14) lakhs, making total equity negative at ₹(258.79) lakhs. Cash on hand is virtually nil at ₹0.01 lakhs, and operating cash flow worsened sharply to ₹(58.95) lakhs.
This is a deeply distressed small-cap company. With negative net worth, no operating business, virtually no cash, and growing losses funded by borrowings of ₹237 lakhs, shareholders face significant going-concern risk. The clean auditor opinion does not change the fundamental weakness; the stock is high-risk and suitable only for speculators aware of possible delisting or further dilution.
