Auto Pins (India) Ltd reported weaker numbers for Q2 FY26, with revenue from operations falling to Rs 732.03 lakhs from Rs 1,054.73 lakhs in the same quarter last year — a decline of roughly 31%. For the half-year (H1 FY26), revenue dropped to Rs 1,712.43 lakhs versus Rs 2,345.24 lakhs in H1 FY25, a 27% fall. Profit before tax for the quarter shrunk to Rs 3.93 lakhs (from Rs 8.94 lakhs), and net profit after tax came in at Rs 2.94 lakhs versus Rs 6.64 lakhs a year ago — a drop of about 56%. EPS for the quarter stood at Rs 0.05 (vs Rs 0.12). The company did not recommend any dividend. Operating cash flow turned negative, with Rs 3.60 lakhs used in operations during H1 FY26 compared to Rs 114.60 lakhs generated in the same period last year. Statutory auditor Sanjay Rawal & Co. issued an unqualified limited review report.
