UPL Limited has scheduled its 41st Annual General Meeting on Friday, July 25, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. (IST), to be held via video conferencing. The Board has recommended a final dividend of 300% i.e. Rs. 6 per equity share on shares of Rs. 2 face value for FY ended March 31, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. The Company has fixed Friday, July 11, 2025 as the Record Date to determine members eligible for the dividend. The Annual Report for FY 2024-25 will be sent electronically to shareholders whose email IDs are registered.
Shareholders who hold UPL shares as of the record date (July 11, 2025) will be entitled to the Rs. 6 per share dividend once approved at the AGM. The stock may see some activity around the record date as eligibility attracts income.
