The Board of South Asian Enterprises approved the unaudited financial results for Q2 FY26 and H1 FY26 on 14 November 2025. Revenue from operations jumped to ₹11.53 lakh in Q2 (from just ₹2.63 lakh in Q2 FY25), driven by the Entertainment segment. Total income for the quarter stood at ₹31.41 lakh versus ₹13.39 lakh last year, and the company swung to a profit of ₹1.99 lakh from a loss of ₹4.38 lakh in Q2 FY25, with EPS at ₹0.05. However, on a half-year basis the company remains in the red with a net loss of ₹3.96 lakh (vs ₹6.50 lakh loss in H1 FY25). The auditor issued a clean limited review report with no adverse comments. Other Equity continues to be negative at ₹(61.77) lakh, and assets at the Kanpur amusement park were impaired as the lease expired and possession was taken over by Kanpur Nagar Mahapalika.
Q2 marks a small but real turnaround into profitability after several quarters of losses, though absolute numbers are tiny and net worth remains negative, so this is more of a stabilisation signal than a fundamental re-rating trigger for shareholders.
