Blue Star Limited reported strong audited consolidated results for FY25. Revenue from operations grew to Rs 11,967.65 crores, up about 23.6% from Rs 9,685.36 crores in FY24. Profit after tax rose to Rs 591.28 crores (vs Rs 414.31 crores), a growth of around 43% YoY, with EPS at Rs 28.76 (vs Rs 20.77). Q4 FY25 revenue was Rs 4,018.96 crores with PAT of Rs 194 crores. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 9 per share, higher than Rs 7 in the previous year. Results include an exceptional gain of Rs 12.51 crores (Rs 10.37 cr net of tax) from a property sale by subsidiary Blue Star Engineering & Electronics. Statutory auditor Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP issued an unmodified (clean) audit report. The 77th AGM is scheduled for August 6, 2025.
Strong revenue and profit growth, higher dividend, and a clean audit report are positive signals for shareholders. Operating and net profit margins improved and net cash from operations more than doubled to Rs 688 crores, reinforcing the upbeat outlook for the stock.
