Blue Star Limited's board approved audited consolidated and standalone financial results for FY25 alongside unaudited Q4 FY25 results, all carrying an unmodified (clean) audit opinion from Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP. Consolidated revenue from operations rose 23.6% YoY to Rs 11,967.65 crore (vs Rs 9,685.36 crore), while consolidated profit after tax jumped 42.7% to Rs 591.28 crore (vs Rs 414.31 crore), driven by strong growth in both the Electro-Mechanical Projects and Unitary Products segments. The company reported an exceptional gain of Rs 12.51 crore from the sale of property by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Blue Star Engineering & Electronics Limited. Operating margin improved to 7.32% from 6.87%, and net cash from operations more than doubled to Rs 688.07 crore. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs 9 per share (vs Rs 7 last year), with the 77th AGM scheduled for August 6, 2025.
Strong top-line and bottom-line growth, margin expansion, and a higher dividend signal robust business momentum and are likely to be viewed positively by shareholders. The clean audit opinion and improvement in cash generation further reinforce confidence in the company's financial health.
