Vedanta Limited has informed the stock exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, to consider and approve the First Interim Dividend on equity shares for the Financial Year 2025-26. The record date for determining shareholder entitlement to this dividend, if declared, has been fixed as Tuesday, June 24, 2025. The trading window for designated persons has been closed from June 14, 2025 to June 20, 2025 in line with insider trading regulations. The actual dividend amount has not been disclosed yet and will be known only after the board meeting.
Investors holding Vedanta shares by June 24, 2025 will be eligible for the first interim dividend, if approved. The quantum of dividend and its impact on the stock price will depend on the amount announced at the board meeting on June 18, 2025.
