PNB Housing Finance Limited announced its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) unaudited financial results, approved at a board meeting on July 21, 2025. On a consolidated basis, total revenue from operations grew to ₹2,076.11 crore from ₹1,823.06 crore in Q1 FY25, a rise of about 14%. Net profit after tax rose to ₹533.50 crore from ₹432.81 crore year-on-year, an increase of roughly 23%. Basic EPS stood at ₹20.52 versus ₹16.66 in the year-ago quarter. Asset quality remained healthy with Gross NPA at 1.06% and Net NPA at 0.69%, while CRAR was a strong 29.68% and Liquidity Coverage Ratio was 229.14%. The joint statutory auditors (M M Nissim & Co LLP and CNK & Associates LLP) issued an unmodified limited review report on the results.
A solid quarter with double-digit revenue growth, ~23% PAT growth, and stable asset quality (GNPA at 1.06%, strong capital adequacy of 29.68%) should be viewed positively by shareholders. The security cover of 1.13x on listed secured NCDs and clean audit report provide additional comfort, though finance costs remain the largest expense item.
