PNB Housing Finance reported strong FY26 results with PAT growing 18.3% YoY to Rs 2,291 crore. Loan assets reached Rs 87,347 crore (up 15.3%), while AUM crossed the Rs 90,000 crore milestone at Rs 90,921 crore. Disbursements grew 20.8% to Rs 26,548 crore with Q4 disbursements at an all-time high of Rs 9,355 crore. Asset quality improved significantly with GNPA reducing to sub-1% level at 0.93% from 1.08% YoY, aided by Rs 332 crore recoveries from written-off pool. The company restarted corporate lending with Rs 335 crore disbursements in Q4. Net Interest Income grew 13.1% to Rs 3,110 crore. ROA improved 10 bps to 2.66% and ROE improved 54 bps to 12.73%. The Board recommended dividend of Rs 8 per share (up from Rs 5).
Strong performance with double-digit growth in disbursements, PAT and AUM combined with improving asset quality and profitability ratios is positive for shareholders. However, NIM compressed by 2 bps YoY due to lower incremental yield, which warrants monitoring.
