PNC Infratech's 9M FY26 standalone revenue came in around Rs 3,176 crore versus Rs 4,098 crore a year ago, a decline of over 20 percent. Standalone profit after tax was Rs 201 crore versus Rs 246 crore. Consolidated 9M FY26 revenue was around Rs 8,318 crore. The company, with subsidiary PNC Infra Holdings, divested 11 of 12 road assets to KKR-backed Vertis Infrastructure Trust, with the last asset expected in Q4 FY26. Statutory auditors NSBP and Co gave a clean limited review. An exceptional item of Rs 70.54 lakh was booked for Labour Code impact on gratuity and leave.
Standalone revenue decline is a concern, but major road asset monetisation with KKR-backed InvIT boosts cash and simplifies business. Watch Q4 FY26 for final divestment.
