Pokarna reported Q2 FY26 results. Consolidated revenue fell to Rs 11,846 lakhs from Rs 25,128 lakhs YoY, about 53 percent lower. Consolidated net profit dropped to Rs 633 lakhs from Rs 4,496 lakhs, with EPS at Rs 2.04 versus Rs 14.50. Standalone, the firm posted a net loss of Rs 234 lakhs versus a loss of Rs 166 lakhs YoY, as the granites segment remained weak. The quartz surfaces subsidiary drove most of the consolidated earnings. Auditor S. Daga and Co issued an unqualified review report. Board also reconstituted the Nomination and Remuneration and CSR committees.
Sharp revenue and profit decline may pressure the stock; weak granite segment continues to drag the standalone bottomline.
