Board approved unaudited Q2 FY26 results on Nov 12. Standalone revenue from operations fell to Rs 465.09 lakh from Rs 853.39 lakh year-on-year, with a net loss of Rs 233.91 lakh against Rs 166.40 lakh loss last year. Standalone loss before tax was Rs 313.48 lakh. Consolidated revenue dropped sharply to Rs 11,845.64 lakh from Rs 25,127.73 lakh, though consolidated net profit stayed positive at Rs 633.29 lakh (EPS Rs 2.04). Board also reconstituted the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and CSR Committee.
Standalone losses are widening on falling revenue, a concern for shareholders. Consolidated business remains profitable, offering some support.
