Pokarna posted weak Q3 FY26 results. Consolidated revenue fell about 40% YoY to Rs. 134.96 cr, while net profit dropped nearly 60% to Rs. 20.37 cr. For 9M FY26, consolidated PAT declined 57% to about Rs. 55 cr versus Rs. 128.65 cr last year. Standalone stayed in the red with a net loss of Rs. 3.88 cr in Q3, wider than Rs. 2.22 cr loss YoY. Quartz Surfaces remains the main profit driver while the Granites segment continues to post losses. Auditors gave an unqualified review report.
Sharp revenue and profit decline signals pressure on growth; standalone losses continue to widen. Negative near-term outlook for shareholders.
